Between us, we’ve spent years studying, coaching, and walking alongside hundreds of women through the chaos of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. And while only one of us has lived it hormonally (hi, Juli 👋), we’ve both been through our own health battles—and we understand how overwhelming it feels when your body stops playing by the rules.

Juli’s journey began after losing her mum to cancer at 19, followed by her own serious health struggles. Discovering the power of nutrition, coaching, and functional wellness helped her rebuild her health—and now, she’s fiercely committed to helping other women do the same, without restrictive diets or exhausting routines.
James might be a man in a female-dominated space, but he’s far from an outsider. As a menopause specialist and member of the British Menopause Society, he’s coached hundreds of women and is deeply committed to giving them the tools, knowledge, and support they deserve during midlife and beyond.
